54 filled-in and 54 blank routine cards on 18 sheets (for morning, evening and daytime routine, plus self-care)

Each card shows a simple step in daily routines like getting ready, meals, bedtime, and more. I kept the designs clear and uncluttered, so they’re easy to understand and gentle on the senses.

I’ve also included blank cards so you can customize them—whether you want to add your own routines or write in a different language if English isn’t your first.

These cards are great for home, classrooms, or therapy settings, and especially helpful for neurodivergent people—though anyone who benefits from visual structure can use them.

Hi, I’m Réka, and I’m the creator of all things here. Each piece was written and hand-drawn by me and all are inspired by personal experience.

Being autistic myself I cherish all pieces as little self-care tools, and I hope they can be helpful for you, your loved ones, or students too.

What am I using to draw?

An iPad, an Apple Pencil and Procreate. All fonts in my artworks are hand-drawn by me too.
