Communication Cards / Autism and Hidden Disability Cards (8 filled in and 8 blank sheets with 96 cards in all)

- 2 sheets (= 12 cards)(all cards have different designs and texts). When I made these, I was specifically thinking about some of the most common triggers and needs during meltdowns and shutdowns but of course, you can use them anytime you want.
- 6 sheets (= 36 cards) (the texts on the cards are all different but the design is the same. The background color of the sheets are different). These are the similar design as my autism/ hidden disability badges. You can bring them with yourself anywhere, also, they are bigger and cheaper than badges. 
- 8 blank sheets (=48 cards). you can use these to write your own words/ phrases/ Gestalts, etc. You can also use these if your mother tongue is not English.

How to Use them:
Tip 1: you can show them to your autistic loved one during/after meltdowns/shutdowns, etc. Also, they are great for anyone, not only for autistic people.
Tip 2: laminate and put them on your lanyard, keychain or bag so you can always have them when you are overwhelmed. 
Tip 3: create a 'polaroid' wall art (just stick them on white cardstock)
Tip 4: put it in a mini frame, they can a calming addition to your room or sensory space.
You can also make a 'polaroid' wallart, or frame them and put them in your room if you want. They can be a great addition for your sensory space as well.
